Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days* (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. Please note that we cannot make changes to the shipping address or order details once your order has been processed. * Processing and production differ in that the processing is the paperwork side of the order and production the physical making of your product. Production can take up to 14 days fabric dependant.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various domestic shipping options to meet your needs. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us directly for more information.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-12 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damages and Issues

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at Terry@panda-beanbags.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these cases individually and will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
