type of delivery service do you offer and what are the costs? |
Do you sell the filling alone? | |||
| Two types of delivery
services are offered: 1. Direct door to door delivery, by road, to areas within 100 km radius of our factory in Primrose Germiston. This delivery will cost a nominal fee per load. For prices, please see our price list. 2. A door to counter service via the South African Post Office, to any of its branches country wide. You will be advised to collect your parcel, from your nearest Post Office Branch. The PANDA bag, of your choice, is shipped in quality courier plastic, and arrives fully filled, ready to be used. For shipping prices, please see our price list. |

| PANDA beanbags are filled with Flame Retardant Polystyrene beads. |

| How long will it take to be delivered? | ||||
| 10 Working days after receipt of order and payment confirmation. This time includes production and postage. |

| What material are the beanbags made from? | ||||
| All regular PANDA beanbags are manufactured from the highest quality Faux Leather with a fashionable leather embossing. Other materials such as genuine leather, faux fur, suade, denim and polycottons can be used on request. The use of these materials have a price implication. |
What happens if the beanbag has a fault? | |||

PANDA beanbags carry a six-month warranty on faulty workmanship. Should a fault present itself, please contact the factory for the warranty procedure for your area. |

| How do I keep the beanbag clean? | How do I make payment? | |||
| PANDA
beanbags are easily cleaned with a warm wet cloth dipped in soapy suds of Sunlight Liquid or any soap powder you would use to wash your personal clothes. Please avoid cleaning agents containing harsh chemical additives as this will harden the faux leather colouring leading to fabric cracking and irreparable damage. |
